Tonight my RAK went to a couple celebrating their 37th Wedding Anniversary. They said they loved T-BONES and were so excited to have been selected. I explained their server let me know about their reason for coming in tonight. I picked up their tab, and explained how they get to pay it forward as well in the next 24 hours, which they were excited to do! – Lori Haney
Happy Birthday to You (Both)
Laconia’s random act of kindness today went to a party of four elderly people. The two guys got together and took each of their wives out for their birthdays group date style. They were a great time and a pleasure for Pam and her trainee to serve. We all sang them happy birthday and after I explained to them the promotion took care of all their dinners and gave them their 25 dollar G.C to pay forward. They were very happy and excited to be a part of this promotion. – Matthew Pillsbury
Ho-Ho-Happy Birthday
Tonight at CJ’s, our RAK was for Joe and Bev… Thursday regulars for as long as I can remember. Joe looks like Santa and plays the part very well. Tonight was Bev’s birthday so it was an easy decision. After we sang to her, I went back over and explained everything to them and she was near tears. I love when it hits home like that. I know she will be on the look out to Pay it Forward soon. – Amy Czyzewski
Celebrating Mother’s Day Early
This family was celebrating mother’s day early, since they couldn’t all be together on Sunday and they were also celebrating a wedding anniversary. Even better, none of them had been to T-BONES before and had lived in the area for years. They loved the food and signed up for Paybacks tonight, and were thrilled when I picked up their bill for them. They will definitely be back. – Kayla Dowgiert
Alice’s 81st Birthday
Today’s Copper Door RAK went to this lovely pair, Alice and Robert. Nikki was engaging them at lunch, heard their story, and came right to me! We hooked them up with lunch today because it is Alice’s 81st birthday, and when either of them has a special day, they come here to celebrate. We further learned that back in the day, Alice introduced Robert to her best friend, who ended up becoming his wife! They’ve remained close through all these years even after losing their respective spouses. Such a lovely and sentimental tale. They are very much looking forward to telling the story of what happened here today when they pass along the GC. – Matthew Phipps
Random, Party of 2
Today’s RAK was absolutely random. I walked around the dining room and just picked a party of two and took care of their dinners. They were very excited and pumped to be able to hook someone else up and continue the awesomeness. – Matthew Pillsbury
RAK for a RAK
Today’s RAK went to a couple of gentlemen who were witnessed by Sarah holding the door open for a large group of older ladies as they were exiting. We wanted to reward their random act of kindness with one of our own. I bought their lunch, and explained about paying it forward. They walked right over to another couple who were sitting at the bar and decided to make their day brighter, and handed them the certificate. Thanks guys. – Shawn O’Hanley
Two Nurses
Two nurses that work behind our restaurant came in after a long day. I decided to pay it forward to them because they frequent us weekly. – Scott Bausha
Almost the End of a Journey
Today’s Hudson RAK went to our bar guest, Leo! Chris was chatting it up with him and found out that he has a goal to visit all of the Hard Rock Hotels. With only two left to visit, he will be venturing off tomorrow with his girlfriend to check them out, along with visiting some of his other favorites that he has visited to over the years. He will be gone for about a month and is so excited to finalize his Shutterfly book of all his memories & pictures from his (soon to be) 48 trips! He said he would definitely pay it forward before heading out tomorrow! – Meaghan Corriveau
College Graduate
Derry’s Random act today went to Nikki. I recognized her mother as a regular guest, but did not recognize Nikki. Nikki is graduating from College this week end. Come to find out, her family is coming in to Derry after the graduation, and not only that, Nikki babysits for one of our bartenders. Nikki and her mother were very pleased that we decided to pick up their tab today, and had no problem paying it forward. – Andre Morris
