My RAK went to one of our regulars at the bar….Terry. She is such a sweet woman, and I have seen here three of my last five shifts. Needless to say, she is a huge T-BONES fan. When I explained to her that we bought her lobster roll today, she literally turned red, and she seemed confused. When I was able to explain the PIF, she “got” it. Apparently, she was a manager for another restaurant chain, and she said that she is not the least bit surprised by the success of a company that will do something so amazing! It sparked a conversation with three guests next to her, and well, they love us.
