I was introduced to a couple at the bar tonight and after some chatting told them they I was picking up their tab-they immediate started to say it wasn’t necessary, until I explained the pay it forward part- they were excited to do it and really great people! – Beth O’Reilly
Well Now We’re All Crying
My RAK today was for a son and his Dad. Jamie and Roland usually bring their Mom in for Mother’s Day, and this year she was unable to make it in so they were ordering takeout and bringing lunch home for her. I took care of their lunch today and told him we wish her a speedy recovery. He was so happy, he started to cry, and then I cried. And he hugged me on the way out as well. He could not have been more appreciative. It was amazing. – Lori Haney
The Sweetest Girl
Todays RAK went to Isabelle… She is the sweetest girl and loves T-BONES, loves to leave us notes. Her check was already closed so I gave her $25 GC and she can’t wait to make someone else’s day a bit brighter. – Rheanna Cook
Second Child on the Way
Tonight’s RAK in Manchester went to the Ireland Family. They are expecting their 2nd child any day now and with Mother’s day being tomorrow I wanted to thank them for coming in, plus their daughter Ashlynn is super adorable. I bought their entire check … they may be paying it forward to a Labor & Delivery Nurse real soon! – Amanda Mudgett
Above and Beyond
Our RAK tonight was for a single man at the bar. I had been waiting for “a good one” all night. There were way too many. So I waited and picked this man for no other reason than the fact that he was the only one sitting at the bar at the time. Turns out, he has been recuperating from a shattered knee and was happy to be here anyways. He was floored by what we did for him and will definitely return. Just like so many others, when I explain the “Pay It Forward” portion, his response was an impressed “Really?!” I love this promotion and the fact that we consistently go above and beyond for our guests. It is no wonder why they keep coming back!!!!!!!!!! – Tricia St. George
This Comes Naturally to Her
Salem’s RAK tonight went to Lisa. She often comes in late night, always sits alone, is just very quiet but always very nice. We thought she could use some good will tonight so we bought her dinner, and was happy to keep the pay it forward circle going. She often buys the person behind in line’s coffee for them once a week, so this comes naturally to her. – Mike Columbare
Working All Day
Did our RAK here in Derry tonight to a Mom who worked all day and decided to come visit us on a dinner date with her husband! Happy Mothers Day!! – Joey O’Donnell
Regulars for Over 10 Years
The RAK in Derry today went to a couple of very guests that frequent the bar, Russ and Linda. They have been regulars in Derry for as long as I have been here, which is over 10 years. They had already heard about the RAK, and were more then happy to Pay it Forward. 🙂 – Andre Morris
Dessert Too
My RAK tonight was late night. A single gentleman eating dinner at the bar. We bought his meal and told him to make sure he ordered some dessert too. He was completely surprised and appreciative. – Lisa Schoneberger
Hello, Everybody!
Just a couple that I had never seen before, their son was so well behaved and waved hi to everyone when they walked by. – Eleny Lekas
